I am also grateful for toast masters
I am grateful my wife's accident today was not at all serious

Toast masters yesterday was fantastic, I felt so awake and alive to express so loudly and see in the eyes of other people interest in me. It gave me strength to keep pushing myself but it also gave me great joy.
